When I record I have to have the track that I'm recording on muted otherwise I hear a delay when I'm recording. This might seem like a basic piece of advice, but make sure you have the tracks un muted after recording.

To the original poster, I just used the drivers that came on the disc with the mbox mini. Since I don't have the original disc I have to go back to ProTools.

Official driver packages will help you to. With Samplitude I just saved the project and it was done. Digidesign Mbox 2 Audio drivers were collected from official websites of manufacturers and other trusted sources. And don't get me started on having to bounce your audio once your done in Pro Tools.

I have set 48K sample rate in both Windows settings and interface and in REAPER preferences> Audio> Device I have un-checked 'Request sample rate' and 'Allow projects to override device sample rate' and in Project settings I don't set the sample rate (if unset, hardware default will be used).
